When we become a friend of Jesus, something revolutionary happens inside us. He doesn’t just tweak a few things here and there – He transforms us completely. Our hearts soften, our perspectives shift, and our ability to love expands in ways we never thought possible. We become, as Scripture says, a new creation (2 Corinthians 5:17).
But this transformation isn’t just about feeling different. It’s about truth – real, unshakable truth! Jesus gives us something no human friend ever could: the full picture. He reveals the truth about God’s love, the truth about who we are, and the truth about the kind of relationship He wants with us. He even shows us the truth about how we should treat others, and not just with kindness, but with the kind of love that reflects His own.
And here’s the best part: Jesus doesn’t just tell us the truth. He IS the truth! When we walk with Him, we’re not following a list of rules or theories – we’re following a living, breathing Savior who guides our every step.
Friend, let’s lean into that truth today. Let’s trust that in Jesus, we have everything we need to navigate life – because He IS the way, He IS the truth, and He IS the life. And in Him, we lack nothing!
