It is the patience of longsuffering and of forbearing in the midst of personal injury. This is the most difficult patience of all.

Today’s Prayer for Patience:
Father, help us to slow down today so that we may recognize your presence. Remind us, Lord, of your patience towards us; that you are slow to anger and abounding in love. Teach us, God, to bear with one another in times of trial and testing. Show us, Jesus, how to love and be patient with others the way you love and are patient with us. We pray in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, Amen.
