In a little over three weeks, our country will celebrate 247 years of sovereignty. We the People have elected 46 men to lead our nation during this enormous span. But there has never been a single US president during this time who has worked so passionately to completely erase the Christian values that have ultimately kept this nation free like the one currently in office.
On Saturday, June 10th, President Biden took to the White House lawn to address a thousand or so people in attendance who were gathered to celebrate and promote Pride (more commonly known as those who support the sexual exploitation of children and sexual immorality). It comes as no surprise to anyone that among many of those present were elementary school-aged children.
“We welcome the largest Pride Month celebration ever held at the White House. But [it’s] just the beginning,” the president said. “We’re joined today by leaders across our administration, which has more pride staff at every level than any administration in American history.
Also in his opening remarks, Biden thanked the Gill Foundation for “helping make today possible.”
And the president wouldn’t be wrong in stating this. The foundation’s creator, Tim Gill (who is gay and is married to Steve Miller, President Biden’s Ambassador to Switzerland), is widely known as one of the largest progressive liberal “mega donors” currently for the Democrat party. A wealthy software developer and political activist, Gill has more than enough influence and financial resources to buy himself a seat at the public policy table in Biden’s administration. So it’s not too difficult to connect the donor dots when we consider why his husband, Steve Miller, was given ambassadorship to such a liberally progressive and wealthy nation like Switzerland. As it goes with nearly all American politicians these days, all one needs to do is just simply follow the money.
And there’s a lot of it to follow. According to the Gill Foundation’s profile on the website Influence Watch (a project created by the Capital Research Center that closely monitors influencers of public policy in the United States government) Gill “contributes tens of millions of dollars annually, largely to left-of-center and LGBT interests advocacy.” The independent website goes on to say that over the past 25 years, the Gill Foundation has donated over $300 million to various organizations, programs and activist LGBT causes.
And if that’s not enough money to follow, click on a few of the Gill Foundation’s own list of donors on their profile page. There you will find several organizations that make sizable contributions to them; organizations that support Planned Parenthood, Black Lives Matter, and other LGBTQ programs.
Sin has become big business in America.
All of that said, is anyone truly surprised that this is happening? Paul warned us well in advance in the first chapter of Romans of what happens when a nation mocks and turns its back on God.
24Therefore God gave them over in the sinful desires of their hearts to sexual impurity for the degrading of their bodies with one another. 25They exchanged the truth about God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator—who is forever praised. Amen. 26Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural sexual relations for unnatural ones. 27In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed shameful acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their error.28Furthermore, just as they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, so God gave them over to a depraved mind, so that they do what ought not to be done.
As Biden continued talking with the LGBTQ activists Saturday at the White House, he spoke of “dark times” while using phrases like “acts of courage” and “acts of bravery” and “sacrifice” to describe those in attendance.
Just four days prior to Biden’s celebration, some of us in America actually spent some time to reflect on what acts of courage, bravery, and sacrifice really look like. On Tuesday of last week, we remembered all of the real heroes who showed courage, bravery, and sacrifice in Normandy. On June 6th, 1944 – the United States lost over 2400 courageous young men that day as they stormed Omaha Beach and we began our fight against Nazi Germany.
But for the third consecutive year, the current president of the United States refused to address our nation and speak publicly about the sacrifices of the greatest generation of men this nation has ever known on the 79th anniversary to D-Day.
He was too busy preparing his speech for the depraved minds of our nation. As Biden finished his speech Saturday, he said, “I mean this; I swear to God — you’re some of the most — you’re some of the bravest and most inspiring people I’ve ever known.”
From you lips to Satan’s ears, Mr. President. Not God’s.
